PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

Orders require 2–3 business days for payment processing before production begins.
Each piece is handmade, so please allow 7–14 business days for completion.

We appreciate your patience and support of our small-batch process.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Once production is complete, orders ship immediately.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are PLACED. Total delivery time once production is finished typically ranges within 1–2 weeks. 

If your order exceeds the estimated timeframe, you will be notified via email.
